Inside Connections Ltd was formed by a group of professionals working both within and outside of the care sector who had become frustrated and disillusioned with the lack of positive outcomes and the quality of service available for some of the most vulnerable people within the “Child Looked After” system.

Empowering young people to achieve

Inside Connections Living Ltd strives to create positive outcomes for young people living within our homes. We deliver an individualised package of care to young people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Each home is nurturing and promoting the social, emotional and moral needs are met by high levels of dedicated, experienced and highly trained staff who work to empower young people to enable them to make changes to achieve best possible outcomes available to them.

Safeguarding

We work in partnership with local authorities, commissioners, young people and families providing care in homes for children and young people aged 8 – 18.  Inside Connections Living Ltd will make every possible effort to maintain a safe caring home where children and young people can develop social skills, build friendships and develop self-confidence to prepare them for their adult life.

Inside Connections Living aims to provide a positive quality living experience for young people who need to be accommodated away from their own homes or families.  The company aims to promote Emotional intelligence and to encourage the development of self-identity whilst acknowledging the need for young people to be aware of the needs of others. It is an underlying principle that young people develop as individuals if they are respected and appreciated.

Inside Connections Living aims to celebrate the individual nature of young people and to care for them in a manner that promotes their safe development. Young people will receive a programme of care based on their individual need as set out in their care plan. they will be encouraged to develop / maintain links with their community and will be expected to attend school or complete education work within the home.

Our Team

Our staff team has vast experience in caring for, safeguarding and creating Positive Outcomes for the children and young people living in our homes. We provide a highly trained, skilled staff team that have the knowledge and dedication to work with children and young people from the most severe backgrounds and help them create their own best possible outcomes and achieve their dreams.

BEN BURTON

Finance director

Ben has main ownership of Inside Connections Group Ltd and deals with the business development of the organisation. Ben maximises business relations with price, quality and value to the care provided by Inside Connections Living Ltd. In Ben’s spare time enjoys spending time with friends and family.

KELLY DOUGHTY

Director (responsible individual)

Kelly has 13 years’ experience of working in residential settings regulated by Ofsted. Kelly has a great understanding on what it takes to provide outstanding care and support for children. Kelly also facilitates and negotiates tenders with the local authorities and forges excellent relationships with local authority procurement teams. In her free time Kelly enjoys spending time with her family and has a lovely dog.
